It was necessary to come up with a method that would enable the construction of large scale side walls, leaving open only a center strip of 4.50 m to execute thereafter.It is considered the construction work with the largest cross section in Brazil.

This is a residential complex of great magnitude with 90,000 m² constructed.The structural solution chosen was ribbed or voided slab with an inside distance of 61 cm x 61 cm.
